Instructions
 

  • Prep the steak: Pat steak pieces dry with a paper towel. Season generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
  • Sear the steak bites in batches (don’t overcrowd the pan), cooking each side for 1–2 minutes until browned and crisp. Transfer to a plate.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, use a splash of lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce in the butter.
  • Best served with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
