Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight for the best taste.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 6 minutes on each side, until they're golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded Parmesan and Provolone cheeses with ranch dressing until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cheesy mix over the seared chicken breasts, making sure each piece is fully covered.
  • In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and garlic powder. Sprinkle this topping over the cheese-covered chicken.
  • Put the chicken on a baking sheet and broil at 450°F for 4-5 minutes. This will make the breadcrumbs golden and the cheese bubbly.

Notes

The chicken breasts in this recipe are a great protein source. They give you about 26 grams per 3.5-ounce serving. This helps with muscle growth and repair.
