  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (or homemade)
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

  • Preheat And Prep:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Assemble the Casserole:
  • In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in chicken, broccoli, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Add Topping And Bake:
  • Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese over the top.
  • In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Serve And Enjoy:
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
