Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Pan:
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt And Mix:
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  • Stir in peanut butter until smooth and combined.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract & salt.
  • Add the Sugar:
  • Gradually stir in powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. The mixture will thicken quickly.
  • Set And Chill:
  • Spread the fudge evenly into the prepared pan.
  • (Optional) Drizzle melted chocolate chips and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Slice And Serve:
  • Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy!
