  • Prepare the Pan:
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the Fudge Mixture:
  • In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
  • Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, apple pie spice, and chopped dried apples.
  • Assemble the Fudge:
  • Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
  • Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the layer and gently swirl with a knife.
  • Pour the remaining fudge mixture over the top and spread evenly.
  • Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce and use a toothpick or knife to create swirls.
  • Chill and Set:
  • Sprinkle with sea salt (if using) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Slice and Serve:
  • Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into small squares.
  • Drizzle with extra caramel if desired and serve!
