  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Sear the Chicken:
  • Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Make the Creamy Sauce:
  • In a bowl, mix French onion dip, caramelized onions, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella (or Swiss) and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake the Chicken:
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
