  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup crispy bacon crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • For the Coating:
  • ½ cup pecans finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup crispy bacon crumbled
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Mix the Cheese Ball:
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, bacon crumbles, and green onions.
  • Mix well until fully combined.
  • Shape And Chill:
  • Using your hands, shape the mixture into a ball.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight) to firm up.
  • Coat the Cheese Ball:
  • In a small bowl, mix together pecans, parsley, bacon, and extra shredded cheese.
  • Roll the chilled cheese ball in the mixture until fully coated.
  • Serve And Enjoy:
  • Place on a serving platter and serve with crackers, pretzels, sliced veggies, or toasted bread.
