  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness

  • Preheat the Air Fryer:
  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the pickles.
  • Prep the Breading Stations:
  • In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cajun seasoning.
  • In another bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
  • In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Coat the Pickles:
  • Pat the pickle chips dry with a paper towel (this helps them get crispier).
  • Dredge each pickle slice in flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Place coated pickles on a plate.
  • Air Fry the Pickles:
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange pickles in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve And Enjoy:
  • Serve immediately with ranch, spicy mayo, or honey mustard for dipping.
