These Lipton Onion Potatoes are slow-cooked to tender perfection, coated in buttery onion seasoning, and require minimal effort. Perfect as a side for steak, chicken, or pork!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes halved, or quartered if large
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika for color
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prep the Potatoes
  • Wash and halve the baby potatoes (or quarter if large).
  • Step 2: Season And Toss
  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with melted butter, olive oil, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Step 3: Slow Cook
  • Transfer seasoned potatoes to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on:
  • LOW for 5-6 hours OR
  • HIGH for 3-4 hours
  • Stir once halfway through cooking for even seasoning.
  • Step 4: Finish And Serve
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Want it crispier? Broil cooked potatoes for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Prefer cheesy potatoes? Stir in ½ cup shredded cheese in the last 15 minutes.
  • No slow cooker? Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes, stirring halfway.
