- 8 tostada shells store-bought or homemade
- 1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie works great!
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- For the Beans:
- 1 can 15 oz refried beans (black or pinto)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon cumin

- For the Guacamole:
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ lime juiced
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ jalapeño finely diced (optional)
