  • Step 1: Bake the Tater Tots
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and spread tater tots on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Step 2: Cook the Eggs
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add eggs.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Step 3: Prepare the Protein
  • Cook bacon, sausage, or ham (or a mix) and set aside.
  • Step 4: Assemble the Bowls
  • Divide tater tots among bowls.
  • Top with scrambled eggs, cheese, and choice of protein.
  • Add green onions, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, and salsa/hot sauce.
