Step 1: Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
