  • 5 tablespoons butter melted

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped (or 8 oz whipped topping)
  • For the Chocolate Ganache:
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon butter for shine
  • For Topping:
  • Chopped peanut butter cups
  • Crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings
  • Drizzle of melted peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Make the Chocolate Crust
  • Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  • Mix with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • Step 2: Make the Peanut Butter Filling
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  • Spread evenly into the chilled crust.
  • Step 3: Make the Chocolate Ganache
  • Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just simmering.
  • Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  • Stir in butter for a glossy finish.
  • Pour over the peanut butter filling and smooth out.
  • Step 4: Chill And Garnish
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  • Garnish with chopped peanut butter cups, crushed peanuts, or a peanut butter drizzle.
