In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. Drain any excess grease.
In a bowl, mix cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce until well combined.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Arrange wontons in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking oil.

Frying Method (Extra Crispy!):
Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Fry in small batches for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
