Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz can crescent roll dough
  • 24 mini cocktail sausages Lil’ Smokies or similar
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning optional
  • For Serving:
  • Honey mustard
  • Ketchup
  • Cheese sauce

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prep the Dough & Sausages
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle into three smaller triangles.
  • Place one mini sausage at the wider end of each dough triangle and roll it up tightly.
  • Step 2: Brush & Season
  • Arrange wrapped sausages seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  • Brush with beaten egg or melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and sesame seeds.
  • Step 3: Air Fry Until Golden
  • Air fry at 350°F for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove and let cool slightly.
  • Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
  • Serve warm with honey mustard, ketchup, or cheese sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • Extra crispy? Brush with butter mid-way through cooking.
  • Spicy version? Add a slice of jalapeño inside before rolling!
