  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or homemade pie dough
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • For Topping:
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat And Prep
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Make the Blueberry Filling
  • In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, and cornstarch. Toss until evenly coated.
