  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • ¼ cup crispy bacon bits optional, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Slow Cooker
  • Lightly grease the crock pot with nonstick spray.
  • Place chicken in the crock pot and sprinkle with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Step 2: Add the Creamy Base
  • Pour in chicken broth and cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  • Scatter cream cheese cubes on top.
  • Step 3: Cook
  • Cover and cook on:
  • LOW for 5-6 hours or
  • HIGH for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender.
  • Step 4: Shred And Stir
  • Shred the chicken using two forks and stir well to mix in the sauce.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese (if using) and let melt for a few minutes.
  • Step 5: Serve And Enjoy!
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.
