Step 1: Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces, season with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 2: Build the Creamy Sauce
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Bring to a gentle simmer and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.

Add gnocchi directly to the skillet (no need to pre-boil).
