  • Step 1: Cook the Chicken
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken pieces, season with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  • Step 2: Build the Creamy Sauce
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Step 3: Cook the Gnocchi
  • Add gnocchi directly to the skillet (no need to pre-boil).
  • Stir and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes until gnocchi becomes soft and the sauce thickens.
  • Step 4: Finish the Dish
  • Stir in spinach, sun-dried tomatoes (if using), and butter.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and mix everything together.
  • Simmer for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
