Ingredients
  

  • For the Pizza:
  • 4 flour tortillas large size
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes sliced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Tortilla Base
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly brush both sides of each tortilla with olive oil.
  • Place the tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Step 2: Assemble the Pizza
  • Evenly spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each tortilla (optional).
  • Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Arrange tomato slices on top of the cheese, making sure they're evenly spaced.
  • Sprinkle with dried oregano, and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Step 3: Bake the Pizza
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortilla are crispy.
  • Step 4: Garnish and Serve
  • Remove the pizzas from the oven and top with fresh basil.
  • Slice and serve hot!

  • Add some extra flavor: Drizzle a little balsamic glaze over the pizza after baking for a tangy touch.
