Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Meat Sauce
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Step 2: Assemble the Lasagna in the Slow Cooker
  • Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of frozen ravioli (single layer).
  • Spread ricotta cheese over the ravioli (if using).
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
  • Step 3: Cook the Lasagna
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Step 4: Serve And Enjoy
  • Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, if desired.

Notes

  • Make it creamy: Stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream to the sauce for a richer taste.
  • Want extra veggies? Add spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini between layers.
  • For a spicier kick: Use spicy Italian sausage instead of ground beef.
