Step 1: Prepare the Meat Sauce
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.
Stir in the marinara sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Step 2: Assemble the Lasagna in the Slow Cooker
Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom.
Add a layer of frozen ravioli (single layer).
Spread ricotta cheese over the ravioli (if using).
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
Step 3: Cook the Lasagna
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Step 4: Serve And Enjoy
Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, if desired.
- Make it creamy: Stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream to the sauce for a richer taste.
- Want extra veggies? Add spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini between layers.
- For a spicier kick: Use spicy Italian sausage instead of ground beef.
