- ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
- ¾ cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
