  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups mixed greens lettuce, spinach, or arugula
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 small avocado sliced
  • Shredded cheese optional, such as cheddar or Monterey Jack

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Season and Grill the Chicken
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  • Step 2: Make the Chipotle Mayo
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Wraps
  • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Spread a generous amount of chipotle mayo down the center of each tortilla.
  • Layer with grilled chicken, mixed greens, tomato slices, red onion, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese (if using).
