  • 4 tilapia fillets fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a little butter.
