- 1 cup Orange Crush soda or any orange soda
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 egg whites
- 1 3 oz box orange Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip, thawed
- Orange sprinkles or mandarin orange slices optional garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13" baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, Orange Crush soda, oil, and egg whites. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 25–28 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
In a bowl, whisk together orange Jell-O and boiling water until dissolved. Stir in cold water.
Pour the Jell-O mixture evenly over the cake, letting it seep into the holes.
Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours until completely chilled and set.
Spread Cool Whip over the top. Garnish with sprinkles or orange slices, if desired.
Slice and serve chilled!
