- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined, chopped
- 1/2 lb crab meat lump crab or imitation crab
- 1 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
- Crackers chips, or bread for serving

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add crab meat and heat for another 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
Add the drained spinach, shrimp, and crab meat to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Fold in the Mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (9x9 or similar size) and smooth the top.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with crackers, chips, or bread for dipping.
