Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add crab meat and heat for another 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the drained spinach, shrimp, and crab meat to the bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Fold in the Mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (9x9 or similar size) and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with crackers, chips, or bread for dipping.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: You can prepare this dip a day ahead of time. Just refrigerate it before baking, then bake as directed.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
  • If using frozen spinach, make sure to squeeze out all the excess water so the dip isn’t watery.
  • If you don’t have crab, you can use extra shrimp or substitute with scallops for another seafood twist.
