- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese optional
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices mini or regular (or any toppings you like)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil optional, for brushing

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Split the bagels in half and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet. For crispier bagels, brush lightly with olive oil and toast them for 3–4 minutes before adding toppings.
Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce over each bagel half.
Top with shredded mozzarella, then sprinkle on Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Add your favorite toppings (pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.).
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for golden tops. Keep a close eye!
