Cook the Pasta:
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Drain excess grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the pan.
Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes:
In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds, then add cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Cook until tomatoes soften (about 5 minutes).
Add Spinach and Pasta:
Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted. Add cooked spaghetti, reserved pasta water, and cooked bacon. Toss everything together until well combined.
