- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Make the Waffles:
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
In another bowl, beat eggs, then add brown sugar, molasses, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (don’t overmix).
Lightly grease the waffle iron and cook according to your waffle maker’s instructions, until golden and crisp.
Make the Glaze:
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Mix until smooth and drizzle-able. Add more milk if needed for a thinner glaze.
