- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

- 1 teaspoon sriracha optional
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts optional
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 head butter lettuce or romaine leaves washed & separated

Cook the turkey: In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey. Cook until fully browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
