  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil or butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or grater. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
  • Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine riced cauliflower, egg, Parmesan, cheddar (if using), almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Form into patties: Scoop mixture and shape into small patties with your hands.
  • Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties for 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
  • Drain and serve: Place on paper towels to drain. Serve warm with eggs, avocado, or sour cream.

Notes

  • For crispier results, make sure to remove as much moisture from the cauliflower as possible.
  • You can bake them at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Add herbs like parsley or green onions for extra flavor.
