- 1 small head green cabbage chopped (about 6 cups)
- 1 small onion sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the sausage:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned on both sides, about 5–7 minutes. Remove sausage and set aside.
Sauté veggies:
